Price Beat Guarantee Conditions & Terms
Eligibility Criteria
- The competitor’s product must be a comparable rental product, meaning the same quality, specifications, and features.
- The rental product’s weekly rental fee must be for identical terms, including delivery, setup, back to base monitoring and 1 GB data and rental duration for a new rental.
- The competitor must be an authorised seller with a valid ABN and operating in Australia.
- Must include back-to-base monitoring and data charges in the competitor’s pricing for it to be eligible for a price beat.
Required Documentation
To ensure our Price Beat Guarantee for new rentals is fair and protects both parties, please review the following terms and conditions:
- A valid link to the competitor’s product page, showing the current weekly rental fee and product details.
- A copy of the competitor’s invoice or rental agreement showing the rental fee, product specifics, and back-to-base monitoring/data charges. This must be dated within the last 30 days, for a new rental.
- For in-store or offline claims, digital copies of the competitor’s quote or printed document.
Exclusions
- Fake or Fraudulent Pricing: We reserve the right to decline any price beat request if we suspect the competitor’s pricing is based on altered, manipulated, or fraudulent invoices or quotes.
- Out-of-Stock or Backordered Items: The Price Beat Guarantee applies only if the competitor has the product in stock and available for immediate rental.
- Promotional Offers: The guarantee does not apply to special promotions, flash sales, rebates, gift cards, or non-authorised third-party sellers.
- Long-Term Rentals: Price matching is limited to weekly rental fees and does not apply to monthly or long-term rental agreements, unless otherwise specified.
Invoicing and Documentation Fraud Prevention
- Cameras On Site reserves the right to verify the legitimacy of any submitted documentation, and may contact the competitor directly for confirmation if necessary.
- Any price beat claims based on fraudulent or manipulated documents will be rejected.
Final Decision
- Cameras On Site reserves the right to approve or deny any price beat request at our sole discretion, based on verification of eligibility and compliance with the conditions.
